Alex  Rider (Alex Pettyfer) is just a normal highschool student.He was left by his parents since he was a baby.Alex live with his uncle Ian Rider (Ewan McGregor).His uncle never been around the house much.Ian work in a bank. Alex spent most of his time in the house with his uncle housekeeper Jack Starbright (Alicia Silverstone).But what Alex doesn’t know is that his uncle was a secret spy.

One day Alex receive a news that his uncle is dead because of an accident.He forgot to wear his seatbelt in the carwash. But Alex feel that something is wrong, because his uncle is a very carefull man, and it is imposible if he forget to wear his seatbelt. But after the funeral, ALex life is never been the same.

In his uncle’s funeral Alex meets John Crawford (Jimmy Carr) from the Royal and General Bank and Allan Blunt (Bill Nighy) the chairman of the bank,and also his deputy Mrs.Jones (Sophie Okonedo). Alex feel that there is something strange about his uncle’s death. (more…)
